Ddr4 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using ddr4 services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using the ddr4 platform at https://ddr4.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of ddr4. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. ddr4 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.
This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
To access the full ddr4 service, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activity conducted under your account.
Each individual is allowed to hold only one account. Attempts to register multiple accounts by the same person violate these terms and may lead to closure of all related accounts without compensation. Account transfers or sharing with others are strictly prohibited.
During account registration and verification, you may be required to submit valid identification documents for compliance purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
You agree to:
- Do not share your login details with any third parties.
- Notify ddr4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Do not use the platform for any illegal or unlawful activities under Malaysian law.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt platform functions by any technical means.
3. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the ddr4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking from major Malaysian banks. ddr4 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by our system. For some payment methods, verification may take up to one business day. For any deposit-related issues, please contact our customer support with valid proof of payment.
Winning withdrawals are subject to verification, which may require additional identity confirmation. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days depending on the chosen method. ddr4 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal suspected of fraud until the investigation is complete.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions as stated at the time of the offer. Any misuse of the bonus system or attempts to exploit offers unfairly may result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account.
4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Ddr4 reserves the right to suspend, block, or close user accounts at any time without prior notice in cases of term violations or suspicious, harmful, or unlawful activities. Account closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is made.
Accounts inactive for more than twelve consecutive months may incur maintenance fees or be closed at management’s discretion. Users will be notified via their registered email before any action is taken on inactive accounts.
In cases of account closure due to fraud or serious term breaches, any remaining balance may be frozen and will not be refunded. For closures not involving user fault, valid balances will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users also have the right to close their own accounts by contacting ddr4 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three to seven business days, and any valid balance will be refunded.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
The ddr4 platform and all its content—including design, software code, graphics, text, and logos—are the exclusive property of ddr4 and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ddr4.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ddr4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.
The platform may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. ddr4 has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.
Any claims against ddr4 must be submitted within thirty days from the date of the incident giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period will not be considered.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Ddr4 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Users are advised to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
Notice of significant term changes will be sent via registered email or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notice indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
If you have any questions about these terms, please refer to the FAQ or contact ddr4 customer support via email at [email protected]. Our team is here to assist you in understanding your rights and responsibilities as a platform user.
